Every year at harvest time, freshly harvested Cannabis sativa L. seeds are cleaned, sorted, and stored. These seeds are then processed in farmers' workshops on a just-in-time basis to ensure consistently fresh, high-quality products.<\/p>

Our farmers use the oldest method, \"First Cold Pressing,\" to produce this vegetable. This traditional technique is purely mechanical and has not undergone any chemical treatment. This means that our oil retains its high content of \u03b1-linolenic acid (omega-3), linoleic acid (omega-6), and vitamin E, as well as a low content of saturated fatty acids.
